Other than some similar features between Samsung Pay and Apple Pay, like requiring fingerprint authentication to authorise payment transactions and putting in card details by scanning the card or keying it in manually, Samsung Pay differentiates itself from Apple Pay in 3 key aspects:ġ. Unlike Apple Pay (which does not have Citibank on board), Samsung Pay currently does not support UOB or American Express cards.
